A treatment flow:
- Is the sequence of physical and mental tasks performed by various people (patients, health providers, and others) within the treatment cycle
- Maps out the patient’s experience from the onset of symptoms to the resolution of symptoms
- Includes activities that occur between organizations, between people, and in the minds of participants
Use Case Definition
A use case is:
- A problem or task that needs a solution and has value
- Defined in terms of a participant in a treatment flow
- Relatively stable over time
- A discrete problem that we believe Agapic solves and is a reason customers choose Agapic
