How we make progress
We focus on tasks that will truly move the needle for our startup. These are usually tasks that
- grow our active users, or our revenue, and
- involve talking to users, or building and iterating our product.
YC Partner Adora Cheung shares a framework for identifying and prioritizing tasks that captures how we think about prioritizing work at Agapic. We prioritize tasks that have the highest impact on our weekly goals, and that can be completed within a day or two.
Task lists
Tasks related to building and iterating our product are in Agapic’s GitHub projects.
All other tasks are in our task list spreadsheet.
Objective scoring of tasks
We take a simple “yes” or “no” approach to grading tasks: Was the task achieved: yes or no?
