At Agapic we are serious about our values, our mission & purpose, and effective all-remote work. You may have joined Agapic from another organization that did not share the same values, mission, purpose, or approach. As such, you may need to go through a period of “unlearning” to be able to take advantage of our environment.

Less common, but even more important, is to make certain you don’t unintentionally bring any maladaptive behaviors to Agapic from these other environments.

We encourage you to read the handbook as part of your onboarding, to ask questions of your teammates, and to reflect on how you can help us better live our values, mission, purpose, and culture.
